Technical dimensions in detail
The table lists four dimensions for each size: the conductor size, the nominal outside diameter, the outside diameter over the PVC layer on a poly base, and the minimum insulation thickness. All values are in millimetres and match our printed specification card.

Packing and dispatch
Two Grades of Submersible Winding Wire
We make our submersible winding wire in two grades — NEROX Gold, which is four coated, and NEROX, which is three coated. Both are supplied in our own printed cartons.
Wire is coiled and packed in our own printed cartons, ready for transport to any part of India.

About us
30+ Years of Building Trust
Nerox MS Metals has spent over three decades in one trade: submersible winding wire. We are a Jaipur-based business, and the work has always been the same — make wire to a consistent specification, price it fairly, and pick up the phone when a customer calls.
Our customers are submersible pump and motor manufacturers, rewinding workshops, dealers and electrical traders. Many of them have been buying from us for years, and that is largely because they know what they are getting. The size card has not changed to suit a cheaper batch, and it will not.
We are not the biggest wire company in India, and we do not try to be. We make one product, we make it across 20 sizes from 0.6 mm to 2.5 mm, and we supply it across the country from Jaipur. If that is what you need, we would like to quote for your requirement.
